They can get you a nice used desktop or tower for $130-150 + shipping. Look at Dell T3500 or HP Z400 tower for a nice cheap gaming tower. Xeon Quad Core / 6-8GB / 500GB / DVDRW / Win7 Pro / 1GB video card inside those are decent. 90 day warranty also. Shipping might run about $40 as those are heavy towers.

I am honestly not a fan of Dell laptop's, I prefer Acer or MacBook.
